Chemical Analyst for Oil Company
An important Dutch company which has three locations (Rotterdam, Hoogvliet and Europoort) that provides inspection and laboratory services, is looking for a Chemical Analyst for Oil Laboratory.
Job description:
- You receive, check (and register) the received samples in LIMS (Lab Information System)
- You analyse all incoming samples (between 100 and 200 different types)
- You assess the reality value of your analysis result
- You process your results and record your performed activities in LIMS
- You keep an eye on quality and carry out work to ensure this
Requirements:
- Good English level, minimal B2
- A laboratory background with several years of experience in petrochemical testing and analysing
- Knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9011
- Flexible in working times and hours
- Willing to work in a 5 sift system
- Good team player
- Willing to learn/train others
- Experience as a chemical analyst/Laboratory Technician and experience with: GC, HPLC, XRF, IPC, AAS, essays (crude) and titration
- Good computer skills and numerical insight
- Good numerical insight
- Systematic insight and stress resistance

- Weekly wages, transferred into your account every Thursday
