An important Dutch company which has three locations (Rotterdam, Hoogvliet and Europoort) that provides inspection and laboratory services, is looking for a Chemical Analyst for Oil Laboratory.

Job description:

• You receive, check (and register) the received samples in LIMS (Lab Information System)
• You analyse all incoming samples (between 100 and 200 different types)
• You assess the reality value of your analysis result
• You process your results and record your performed activities in LIMS
• You keep an eye on quality and carry out work to ensure this

Requirements:

• Good English level, minimal B2
• A laboratory background with several years of experience in petrochemical testing and analysing 
• Knowledge of the ISO 17025 and ISO 9011
• Flexible in working times and hours
• Willing to work in a 5 sift system
• Good team player
• Willing to learn/train others 
• Experience as a chemical analyst/Laboratory Technician and experience with: GC, HPLC, XRF, IPC, AAS, essays (crude) and titration
• Good computer skills and numerical insight 
• Good numerical insight
• Systematic insight and stress resistance

• Weekly wages, transferred into your account every Thursday
