Croatian speaking recruiters to Budapest office

Eastmen is since January 2007 a Dutch employment agency specialised in recruiting
European professionals for temporary or for a longer period in the Netherlands. The
candidates are selected and tested by our recruiters from our offices in Budapest and TârguMures. The professionals are working at the our clients, where Eastmen is the official employer according to Dutch laws. Eastmen is growing and for our office in Budapest we are looking for Croatian speaking recruiters to join our international team.

Task:

• In this position you are in daily contact with candidates in the whole Croatia
• You recruit mainly professionals for companies in the metal industry in the Netherlands, as: welders, CNC millers, turners, mechanics, painters, but also chemical analysts and production workers 
• You will have daily contact with our Dutch colleagues from the Utrecht office, in English, discussing all our open vacancies 
• We also have a good and easy software which we use for selecting and keeping our candidates in the database

The recruitment process means basically this:

• Calling the candidates via phone and interviewing them about their work experience and asking them as many questions as possible to see if they fit any of our open vacancies
• In case of  suitable candidates you will send their CV to our clients in Holland via our software
• As soon as the best candidates are accepted, their documents need to be asked and help them to organise their own travelling to The Netherlands
• As soon as they arrive to the airport, our coordinators will greet them and take them to the accommodation

Other recruitment tasks include:

• Making advertisements on Facebook groups and LinkedIn

You are the best person fitting in our team if:

• You have good communication skills in Croatian (and English - is a must) written and spoken
• You like to work with people
• You love to talk on the phone with candidates (20-30 or more times a day)
• You are not afraid of cold-calling / headhunting (calling people outbound, from other CV databases)
• You have talent and feeling for sales, you know how to convince people to start working for Eastmen
• You like a changing work environment (everyday something new is happening)
• You get energy from working and talking with people and you always consider all the possibilities
• You focus only on solutions and never on problems
• Similar work experience is not necessary, as we teach you everything
• You like to organise your own work, alone
• You are proactive and can handle stress, sometimes you have to arrange everything in a short period of time, like one day
• You like to have good results and you are eager to work harder and harder for it
