CNC Turner Programmer

What will you do:

In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce complex parts within a professional workshop. You will work 100% indoors, using technical drawings to ensure every part meets high-quality standards. As a fully independent specialist, your expertise in organizing the production process will be vital to the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform independent CNC programming, machine setup, and tool changes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Adjust and optimize CNC programs to ensure a smooth production flow
• Work independently on series and single-piece production while maintaining a collaborative spirit
• Ensure quality control by measuring parts and choosing correct settings for materials like Stainless Steel, Aluminium, and Steel

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Several years of experience as a fully independent CNC Turner (programming and setup)
• Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and organize the full production sequence
• Language: A medium level of English (B2) is required for communication
