What you’ll do:

This role combines logistics and communication tasks in a fast-paced international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet candidates at airports, train stations, or pick-up points, and transport them to their accommodation or company vehicle locations
• Maintain constant communication with candidates before and during employment
• Offer support, guidance, and attention to each candidate throughout their collaboration with Eastmen
• Assist with work-related issues or questions in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure smooth integration by helping candidates understand their role and responsibilities
• Visit candidates at their workplace to check well-being, satisfaction, and progress
• Act as a bridge between candidates and client companies
• Monitor housing and coordinate over 70 company vehicles
• Collaborate with Eastmen managers and other departments
• Help solve practical issues for employees (accommodation, transportation, etc.) when needed
• Keep records of candidates approved by clients
• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Who we’re looking for:

• Category B driving license - essential for daily travel across the Netherlands
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on candidate arrivals
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an international environment
• Quick learner of internal IT systems and databases
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and professional email skills
• Organized, practical, and people-oriented
