Hook Truck Driver (CE)

What will you do:

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient collection and delivery of containers, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly while maintaining high safety standards on the road and at customer sites

Main responsibilities:

• Transporting various containers and waste flows using a hook-lift truck
• Netting the containers to ensure no loss of contents during transport
• Placing, collecting, and exchanging containers on time according to the schedule
• Maintaining continuous contact with the planning department for updates and instructions
• Ensuring the vehicle and hook system are operated safely at all times

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a hook truck driver
• Licenses: CE driving license with a valid Code 95 and a Driver card (tachograph)
• Language: English at an intermediate level
• Physical Fitness: Good physical condition to handle manual tasks like netting containers
• Advantage: Previous driving experience in the Netherlands is a plus
