What will you do:

In this role, you will be responsible for the professional coating and finishing of stainless steel, aluminium, and steel boxes, primarily for trucks and custom projects. You will combine technical skill with precision to ensure that every product meets high durability and aesthetic standards. Working with both standard and custom-made components, you will oversee the entire process from material preparation to the final quality inspection, ensuring all work aligns with technical specifications.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize coating materials and specialized equipment
  • Apply professional coatings to stainless steel, aluminium, and steel products
  • Ensure proper curing and high-quality finishing of all coated items
  • Inspect finished products to maintain strict coating quality standards
  • Work accurately according to technical drawings and project specifications

What competencies do you need?

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial coating or surface finishing
  • Technical Skills: Ability to follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions
  • Language: Intermediate level of English (B2 or better)
  • Nice to have: Experience with various techniques like powder coating or spray coating
