Land Surveyor

What will you do:

You will be the precision expert on various construction projects, ensuring that every measurement is accurate and reliable, responsible for the technical foundation of the site using high-end equipment to map out terrain and structures. Your role is essential in translating architectural plans into real-world coordinates, while maintaining clear communication with the planning team and clients

Main responsibilities:

• Measuring, preparing, checking and managing measurements in diverse construction projects
• Ensuring that all measuring equipment is well-maintained and calibrated
• Storing and managing measurement data properly for project documentation
• Maintaining consistent contact with work planners and clients to ensure project alignment
• Interpreting technical drawings and providing accurate surveying data on-site

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
• Technical skills: Proficiency with surveying equipment such as Total Station, spirit level and GPS equipment
• License: B category driver’s license is mandatory
• Language: English at an intermediate level
