Mold assembler

What you will do:

In this role, you will build, assemble, and finish high-quality wooden and structural molds within an artisanal workshop. Your focus will be on applying precision and craftsmanship to create the essential forms used for prefab concrete production.

Main responsibilities:

• Assembling molds according to technical drawings and specifications
• Finishing molds (filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces)
• Painting and lacquering molds
• Modifying and rebuilding existing molds
• Ensuring molds are properly fitted and ready for production
• Supporting the mold building process when needed

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in woodworking, assembly work, or similar technical hands-on roles
• Technical skills: Ability to read technical drawings and skilled in finishing work (sanding, filling, surface preparation)
• Language: English at B2 level is required
• Materials: Experience working with wood
• Nice to have: Experience in mold making, prefab concrete industry, carpentry, interior construction, or industrial assembly work
