NDT Operators

What you will do:

You will be responsible for conducting specialized inspections and assessments aboard ships. As an NDT Operator, your role involves ensuring structural integrity through various non-destructive testing techniques. You will work independently to provide crucial safety data to shipping companies, manage client relationships, and handle on-call duties to ensure operational reliability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Non-destructive testing using various techniques and visual inspections on board ships
• Conducting independent measurements and carrying out corrosion inspections
• Performing ultrasonic wall thickness measurements
• Assessing ship quality and providing detailed reports to shipping companies
• Maintaining relationships with clients and reporting inspection data
• Performing on-call duties as required

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as an NDT Operator
• Certification: Certifications according to ISO standards
• License: B category driver’s licence is mandatory
