Are you looking for a hands-on production job in the Netherlands? We are hiring motivated Production Workers to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Producing and shaping leibomen (pleached trees)
- Assembling frames
- Supporting colleagues where needed
- Working with machines and trees inside the warehouse
- Teamwork
- You will work in the production department as part of a team, while also handling independent tasks.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Willingness to repeat production tasks in order to become skilled at making leibomen
- English language skills B2 minimum
- Nice to have previous experience in production or horticulture Interest in plants and green work
Working Times:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour break/day)
- No shifts
- Overtime possible at 135% when needed
