Production Worker

Job Description:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for: 

• Producing and shaping leibomen (pleached trees) 
• Assembling frames 
• Supporting colleagues where needed 
• Working with machines and trees inside the warehouse
• Teamwork
• You will work in the production department as part of a team, while also handling independent tasks.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work 
• Willingness to repeat production tasks in order to become skilled at making leibomen 
• English language skills B2 minimum

Nice to have previous experience in production or horticulture Interest in plants and green work

Working Times:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour break/day) 
• No shifts 
• Overtime possible at 135% when needed
