Recruiter (Budapest Office)

Eastmen is growing! We are looking for an energetic, multilingual recruiter to join our international team in Budapest. Since 2006, we have been the bridge between European professionals and top companies in the Netherlands. 

No recruitment experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you have the drive, we have a seat for you!

Your role:

• Source & Select: Identify and interview candidates for technical fields
• Communication: Manage applications via phone and email
• Active Outreach: Use CV databases and Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn) to find new talent
• Cold Calling: Reach out to 25-30 potential candidates daily to present new opportunities
• Logistics: Provide essential information for candidates starting their new jobs in the Netherlands

About you:

• Languages: Fluent English + one of the following: 🇵🇱 Polish, 🇵🇹 Portuguese, 🇱🇹 Lithuanian, or  🇪🇸 Spanish
• Energy: Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
• Persuasion: A natural talent for sales and the ability to "win people over"
• Proactivity: Efficient, flexible, and ready to handle fast-paced situations
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer operations and databases
