TIG Welder

What will you do:

As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for high-precision welding on materials such as steel and aluminum. You will operate specialized equipment to create high-quality weld joints that meet strict industry standards. Depending on the client’s project ranging from automotive and construction to shipbuilding, you may also be involved in the assembly process, ensuring that every component is perfectly aligned according to technical specifications.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality welding using the TIG procedure on steel and aluminum
• Read and interpret technical blueprints to set up machines precisely for specific weld joints
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed
• Work on projects across various industries, including automotive, construction, and shipbuilding
• Assemble components when required, ensuring technical accuracy throughout the process
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth and safe workflow

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in TIG welding
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and work from technical drawings independently
• Language: Intermediate level of English
• Nice to have: Valid welding certificates (though not always mandatory depending on the project)
