CNC Laser Cutter Operator

What will you do:

As a CNC Laser Cutter Operator, you will process technical files from the work preparation department, load them into the cutting programs, and execute the cutting process independently. Beyond operation, you are responsible for maintaining the machine and its components, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and proper upkeep of the cutting equipment in the workshop.

Main responsibilities:

• Operate CNC cutting machines (Laser/Flame cutting)
• Receive and process technical files and load them into the machine software
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal cutting results
• Ensure efficient processing of parts according to strict quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance and periodic checks on the cutting machine

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the steel industry
• Technical Skills: Proven experience operating cutting machines and knowledge of metalworking machinery
• Attributes: You are decisive, accurate, and able to work independently
• Language: Medium level of English
• Environment: Previous experience working in a similar industrial environment
