Your mission:

As the heartbeat of our field operations, you will ensure our international team members have a smooth transition and a comfortable stay by managing housing and transport:

• The explorer side: Greet newcomers at the airport, help them get settled, and guide them through their first steps in the Netherlands
• The fixer side: Furnish and maintain SNF-certified homes, install smart tech (thermostats, digital safes), complete minor repairs, and keep residences clean and comfortable for arriving candidates
• The fleet side: Keep our company car fleet road-ready and well-maintained
• The coordinator side: Utilize tools like Monday.com to track inventory, maintain stock, and keep team communications running smoothly

Who you are:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and cool under pressure
• Confident driver with experience driving vans
• Physically fit, mentally resilient, and ready to take on dynamic daily tasks
• Ready to start as soon as possible (facility experience is a bonus, but a proactive attitude is essential!)
