Horeca distribution C driver

What you will do: 

You will transport food and catering containers to various hospitality clients, mostly in the Amsterdam area, contributing to excellent service every day. Working closely with the Bidfood team and a supportive network of colleagues, you will ensure smooth communication, manage your own administration, and wrap up each day knowing you are the proud face of the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Transporting hospitality products using BE and C trucks (approx. 20% driving)
• Loading and unloading 24 to 32 containers per truck by yourself (approx. 80% unloading)
• Delivering goods directly to companies, including placing them in cooling areas and fridges
• Handling daily administration, counting, and noting down the containers
• Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining a representative company image
• Checking containers before departure to optimize routes and combine customers efficiently

• What competencies do you need?
• Licenses: Valid BE driving license is necessary
• Fitness: Good physical condition is required (heavy loading and unloading involved)
• Language: English at B2 level or better is required to communicate with customers and the team
• Citizenship: EU citizenship is mandatory

• Experience: No experience required! Starters are welcome – we will train you
• Licenses: Valid C driving license with Code 95 at least 9 months valid (or Valid BE Licence)
• Fitness: Good physical condition is required
• Language: English at B2 level is required
• Citizenship: EU citizenship is mandatory
