Maintenance Mechanic

What will you do:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical loading and unloading systems. You will work at various customer locations to diagnose complex technical issues, interpret technical drawings and schematics, and perform a wide range of mechanical tasks, from precision measuring to full assembly. This role requires high flexibility, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accurate service documentation.

Main responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair loading and unloading systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions efficiently
• Read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical schematics
• Perform mechanical tasks including measuring, cutting, drilling, fastening, and assembly
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and service documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Handle logistics tasks when needed (e.g., driving to pick up parts or engines)

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant mechanical experience
• Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and basic electrical knowledge (24-230-400V)
• License: Valid Category B driver’s license (mandatory)
• Language: English at B2 level (upper-intermediate)
• Flexibility: Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duties
• Mindset: Ability to work under pressure and willingness to drive long distances for parts if required
• Nice to have: Knowledge of welding, experience with international service, or background in forklifts/car/agricultural mechanics
