Metal Finisher

What will you do:

In this role, you will be responsible for the final touch on high-precision mechanical parts. Working as part of a small, dedicated team with short communication lines, you will perform manual deburring and finishing to ensure every component meets strict technical specifications. Accuracy and manual dexterity are key to succeeding in this high-quality production environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Manual finishing and deburring of precision mechanical parts
• Performing in-process quality checks using measuring tools
• Working according to technical specifications and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborating with your team while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Ensuring all work meets the high-precision standards of the company

What competencies do you need?

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in metal finishing or mechanical production
• Technical Skills: Technical insight, manual skills, and experience with measuring tools or technical drawings
• Language: Good level of English (B2) is required for communication
